October 12, 2016 October 2016 Meeting Mins.

Town of Bear Lake Meeting Mins.
Meeting was called to order at 8pm by Chairman Paul Toft. Meeting was notOctober 12, 2016
iced on the town web page and at the town shop.
Members present Paul Toft, Dennis Willger, Steve Schultz, Linda Wiese and Pam Gannon
September meeting mins. Were read by clerk and approved as read.
Public Appearances: None
Road Report: Tomorrow Clint plans to work on Donn Thomas’s road. Clint states that he has been mowing and also plans to do some grading.
Steve told Clint he needs to contact Bob Heinze regarding a driveway permit.
Treasures report given by Linda and accepted as presented.
September bills were read as paid and accepted as presented.
Old Business: Steve Larsons boat docks we will need further discussion on this.
New business: Credit Card from CCF Bank for the town. Pam will contact Josh at CCF regarding a Credit card with $1000.00 limit. The Board would like to have Clint Scribner on the card with the Town of Bear Lake. If we are not able to have Clint then Steven Schultz will be the Supervisor that will be listed on the card.
Clint will have the sewer pumped before the election on November 8th.
Clint will do some touch up painting before the election.
Clint states that he is in need of a cordless drill and a grease gun, and he will look into purchasing these items.
