June 8, 2016 June Meeting Mins

June 8th 2016 Monthly Meeting Mins Town of Bear Lake
Meeting was called to order at 8pm by Supervisor Steve Schultz. We do not have a quorum as Dennis Willger notified us at last meeting he would not be in attendance and Paul Toft is ill.
Meeting was noticed on the Town Web Page and at the town shop.

May Meeting mins. Were read by the clerk and approved as read.
Public Appearances: None
Town Road Report: Clint states that they have been hauling gravel to several roads. All Roads have been graded. Once it rains he will be grading by lake 30 and will start mowing.
Patch mix has been delayed by Cty. Once it is delivered will be patching roads.
Treasurer’s report given by Linda and May bill were read and approved as presented.
Old Business: ATV route. Reading of the ATV Ordinance is on hold until next month. Jim Weber gave update on the posts and signs. All posts are in and signs should be here in about 3 weeks.
Liquor License : All liquor licenses are in order and signed and notarized prior to meeting however due to no quorum unable to approve will be on July meeting. Clerk to notify Mike Greenwold of this and let them know they are able to continue to do business as normal.
Fire Dept. Steve gave a update on the fire hall addition. He states that they have had several meetings and that the base bid came in slightly over $500,000.00 and it was agreed to move forward. Town of Bear Lake’s portion will be slightly over $400,000.00
Steve states that they are working with a attorney on forming a LLC or Partnership with Bear Lake and Village of Haugen, and clarifying who owns what.
