August 16, 2007 Regular Monthly Board Meeting
August 16, 2007. The regular monthly board meeting was called to order by Chairperson Paul Toft. The minutes of the July 7, 2007 meeting 'were read by clerk. Minutes approved as read. Notice of meeting was posted in the Rice Lake Chronotype as well as the Town Shop.
Treasurer's and road reports were given. A request was made by town residents Bob Furlow and Dave Miller to fill potholes on l3th and 26th. They also requested asphalt on 13th. Potholes will be filled and asphalt request was noted.
Hanson & Young auctioneers were present for subdivision request for rver Holmstrom residence. A motion was made by Steve Schultz to approve the request as no opinion and was seconded by Dennis Willger. Motion carried.
Quotes were discussed further regarding insurance coverage for patrolman. $125 was agreed upon by the board to be disbursed per month beginning in September 2007.
A motion was made be Dennis Willger to approve this request and was seconded by Steve Schultz. Motion carried.
Web page design was discussed. Clerk will check on software pricing for upcoming meeting.
